Starting as a Legal Clerk in mid-2022 at Fisher Law Firm in Sacramento, CA, Kader's dedication and skill quickly propelled her to the pivotal position of Case Manager by the end of 2023. In this crucial role, she navigates the complexities of individual hearings in immigration law with precision and a deep sense of responsibility.


Her day-to-day responsibilities are extensive and vital, involving the meticulous organization of attorney schedules, the thorough preparation of essential documents, pre-hearing statements, demand letters, motions, and petitions, and ensuring flawless case readiness. Kader serves as the bridge between clients and their legal aspirations, conducting detailed interviews, answering queries with clarity about the legal process to provide peace of mind. Staying at the forefront of legal developments, she infuses applications with cutting-edge legal insights, enhancing their strength and efficacy.


Her role is not just about managing; it's about leading with excellence, solving problems with understanding, and communicating with a touch that builds trust and confidence, thereby defining the essence of Fisher Law Firm's commitment to client success.


Over her seven-year tenure in immigration law and human rights advocacy, Kader has made a significant impact at both local and state levels. Her roles within key community organizations, including as a board member and coordinator in Istanbul, have seen her advocate for Syrian immigrants and contribute to initiatives promoting democratic culture and education. Her work at Konda Research and collaborations with international NGOs underscore her deep analytical skills and commitment to fostering justice and inclusion across cultural boundaries.


Kader's academic journey began at Işık University in Istanbul, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Humanities and Social Sciences with the highest honors on a full scholarship. Her pursuit of global perspectives continued at Copenhagen University and later at Boğaziçi University for her master's in Sociology. Recognized for her dedication to human rights, Kader received scholarships and master's degree offers from prestigious institutions such as Sussex University and Friedrich-Alexander University. Today, she continues to champion human rights and immigration law in the USA, backed by a successful law firm.
